Most Shers Studios pieces are made-to-order, therefore waiting time may vary from 5 to 35 working days, depending on busy periods or the complexity of the design.
Once the piece is complete and shipped you will receive an update email with an estimated arrival time.

RETURNS&REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for unworn garments which are faulty or not as described. The return window is 14 days from the delivery date.
Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When Your Latex Arrives:

Latex arrives covered in talcum powder to prevent sticking and creasing.

Creases will disappear in 1-2 days once hung up.

To remove the powder, wipe it off with a damp cloth after wearing or follow the washing instructions below.
How to Wash:

Wash after every wear to prevent damage from dirt, sweat, and oils.

Fill a plastic container, sink, or tub with lukewarm water and a few drops of neutral dish soap.

Soak the latex for 5 minutes, gently swishing it.

Rinse with clean, lukewarm water.

Hang to dry on a plastic or wooden hanger (avoid metal hangers).

Turn it inside out to dry the other side once one side is dry.
Note: latex may look milky if soaked too long—this will disappear when fully dry.
How to Store:

After cleaning and drying, latex may stick together—this is normal.

If wearing soon, apply latex polish for shine.

If storing for later, dust it with talcum powder.

Hang on a plastic or wooden hanger under a garment bag or store in a ziplock bag in a drawer.

Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight.
Tips:

Avoid storing different colors together—darker colors can stain lighter ones.

Keep latex away from metal to avoid staining.
How to Polish:
• Use a designated latex polish like BeGloss Perfect Shine, Madam Latex or Vivishine.
• Avoid using oils or lotions.
Important Information:
• Latex requires care but can last long with proper treatment.
• Lighter colors are prone to staining
• Consider starting with black or darker shades if new to latex.
• Keep latex away from:
Household oils, cleaning products, solvents.
Copper or nickel-based metals.
Nicotine (wash hands after smoking).
Perfume, deodorant, body oils, and lotions (apply well before wearing; don’t spray directly on latex).

Shers Studios is a UK-based independent fashion label specialising in handmade latex clothing, sculptural wool and deadstock fabric garments. All pieces are made to order.

Shers Studios is based between London and Surrey, United Kingdom. All garments are designed and handmade in the studio.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM OR BESPOKE PIECES?
Yes. Shers Studios accepts bespoke commissions for custom latex garments and wool pieces. Custom sizing, made-to-measure, and custom colourways are all available. Enquire via the Commissions page.
IS SHERS STUDIOS SUSTAINABLE?
Yes. Shers Studios operates on a made-to-order model — nothing is produced speculatively or held as stock. This eliminates overproduction and returns entirely. The label also works with deadstock, renewable and limited materials where possible.
WHAT MATERIALS SHERS STUDIOS USE?
Shers Studios works primarily in latex, wool and deadstock fabrics. Garments are handmade and include outerwear, dresses, tops, bottoms, and accessories.

Yes. All pieces are made to order, custom and made-to-measure sizing is available across the range.

Shers Studios is an avant-garde fashion label with a dark, sculptural, concept-led aesthetic. The brand is often described as post-apocalyptic, primitive-futurist, or Stone Age meets digital age. It is frequently referenced alongside experimental and independent fashion.

WHO IS THE DESIGNER BEHIND SHERS STUDIOS?
Shers Studios was founded by Polina Oleynikova, a UK-based fashion designer and creative director with a BA from Arts University Bournemouth and an MA in Fashion Design from Polimoda, Florence.
